Meet Kasi - BCBA/Owner
Kasi founded Weathers Developmental & Behavioral Therapy in October 2023. Her goal was to offer exceptional services for children with autism and their families.
Kasi graduated from Kaplan University in October 2016 with a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior, she graduated from University of Central Arkansas with a bachelors in Biology in hopes to go to medical school or study animal science. Kasi changed her career when a family member was diagnosed with autism which changed her life.
Kasi loves to spend time with her family and her dogs. She's a wrestling fanatic and loves to go watch pro-wrestling. Kasi also enjoys traveling to Disney World with her family and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
In her spare time, she loves to go fishing, playing softball, laying around the house watching The Office.
Susie - RBT
- Education: Graduated from the University of Texas with a BS Degree in Kinesiology.
- Professional Path: Currently pursuing Board Certification as a Behavior Assistant Analyst.
- Experience: Worked with individuals with Autism and other disabilities for 10 years.
- Influence: Her son, Ethan, once humorously stated, “I believe I trained you for your job, Mom.”
- Current Role: Registered Behavior Technician, passionate about witnessing the positive impact of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) on clients and their families.
- Hobbies: Enjoys exercising, outdoor activities, and quality time with family and friends.
Callie - RBT
Callie is a 25 year old mother & animal lover. I love exploring our natural state & drinking coffee morning, noon & night.
Gracie - RBT
Gracie is a 23 year old Psychology student at the University of Central Arkansas. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pyschology, and plans to become a Clinical Psychologist and a BCBA.
She has been an RBT for 3 years, and has experience with children of all ages and needs. Her biggest goal in an ABA session, is to incorporate her client’s goals through play, and to provide a positive learning experience for each client and their families.
During her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and friends, and playing with her two dogs and her bearded dragon.
Dominique - RBT
Hi, I’m Dominique! I’m a Registered Behavior Technician at Weathers Developmental Behavioral Therapy with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I have hands-on experience working with individuals with autism and developmental delays. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, working toward becoming a BCaBA. My personal and professional journey fuels my dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the families I serve. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom and lifelong learner who believes that every child deserves support, patience, and the chance to reach their full potential.
